Dark of Night


Dark of night with stars so bright, may they be my light, and guide me right in my flight in the dark of night. In the dark of night when the world is in slumber, I will remember and number the Summer nights that I spent in the dark of night. Dreams come and dreams go, on Moonbeams they do flow.

Heaven sparkled above with so many stars, are they the scars that are left by the dark of night? I will be alrigh, so please don't take flight from my sight, because you are so bright in the dark of night. One, two, three, don't you see, I see you in the dark of night, when the night is so bright with a billion stars. I wonder is they sparkle as bight on the planet Mars? Or do they leave scars, and start wars in the dark of night.

Oh!, Dark beauty with a billion lights, I hope you make it right by me, so I can enjoy the glee and flee to the calm coolness and soft breeze's of the dark of night. Oh! winged creatures with sharp teeth of white and eyes so red they seem to scare the very soul, oh please don't take a fancy to me, just enjoy the kingdom you already belong to. Enjoy the dark of night.
