When the frost in on the Pumpkin
When the frost is on the pumpkin, I will return again to memory lane, and wish deep down inside my heart that things
would never change, change they will as years and seasons go by. Sometimes it makes me want to die, and I don't know why,
all I do is sit and cry, and look at the sky and wonder why oh way, the memeories will always remain deep inside, where they
stay, for yet another trip down memory lane. Oh!, how I hope I can endure the pain.
When the frost is on the pumpkin, there is a chill in the air, and the smell of burning leaves that seem to say Winter
will soon be here, so please have no fear and shed no tears, for after Winter comes the Spring, and then we start all over
again. For in the Autumn Earth is putting on her Pajama's to get ready for bed, which is Winter. The hot Summer days are gone,
it's time now to relax, and relive memories of the past, while they last. Oh! be still my silent heart for these memories
leave their mark, and leave a spark of undying love when the frost is on the pumpkin.
When the frost is on the pumpkin, oh how chidren play in the falling leaves of Red and Gold, with Rosy cheeks and
smilling faces, like little fairies in the night, running gleefully with delight, somehow you know everything will be alright,
so bathe in the fairies magic light, for they bring the dreams at night, Yes, when the frost is on the pumpkin, I pray I stay
the same, for it will mean I will once again return to memory lane.
